MASS FLOW VS. FUNNEL FLOW

• Notice the even consistent movement in the mass flow. The funnel flow bins get "rat holes".
  The result is a first-in/last-out sequence which produces an uneven discharge with inconsistent
  bulk density and uncontrolled flow.
